Eight new trainees at Elektror

Our new trainees have been enriching the Elektror team for a little more than a month now. After the introductory weeks, they have already fully arrived in the departments and are getting started. We are pleased to be able to accompany and guide the budding industrial clerks, technical product designers, electronics technicians for machine and drive technology, industrial mechanics and mechatronics technicians as they start their careers.

In addition to the technical training, our apprentices can look forward to a stay of several weeks at one of our foreign subsidiaries. They learn to look beyond during our social week. Here they are allowed to help out in a social institution for a week. As a foundation-managed company, the social competence of our employees is also very important to us.

We wish our new team members a lot of fun and enjoyment during their training and would like to take this opportunity to welcome them once again.
