Nine new trainees at Elektror
Elektror is once again focussing on training young people this year. Qualified and motivated employees are the foundation of our company's success. We would therefore like to welcome nine new apprentices to our ranks.
The new apprentices have been with the company since 1 September. After the induction weeks, they are familiarised with the most important information about the company. In the meantime, our apprentices have arrived in their departments and have been able to settle in. We are convinced that their motivation and commitment will make a valuable contribution to the success of our company.
In addition to their specialist training, we offer our trainees attractive additional opportunities. For example, they can spend several weeks at one of our foreign subsidiaries and gain international experience. They also take part in our Social Week, during which they can visit a social organisation, help out there and expand their social skills.
An industrial clerk and an IT specialist have started their training at our headquarters in Ostfildern. Our production site in Waghäusel is pleased to welcome five prospective industrial mechanics and a warehouse logistics specialist. Our subsidiary Elektror metalsystems in Plüderhausen is training apprentices for the first time this year. We are welcoming a prospective metal technology specialist there.
